The Leadership Forum is an independent, non-governmental organisation. We want to prepare and equip young talented people with leadership skills and knowledge. We also want to empower people at all levels of the society to be full actors and leaders in the development of the country through their different talents, careers and pursuits.
We will provide people of all levels a platform in which they can share experience, views, challenges and ideas. Young people face and bear difficult challenges of various social problems including preventing potential political conflicts ravaging in African countries. This will be done by conducting training programmes in the related fields.
Together with trained young people we want to enlighten the people of Tanzania about their responsibilities towards their country and empower them to take a leading role in their country affairs, thus developing an ideology of Tanzanian solutions for Tanzanian problems.
