A true leader is a servant, not a boss.

A true leader is a model for his followers.

A true leader has no interest in himself/herself or in his/her position but an abiding passion to the purpose of life.

A true leader is responsive, accountable and responsible.

A true leader learns from others but does not become others.

A true leader acts and lives on every word he/she speaks.

A true leader does not get offended by opposition but takes it as a challenge and a chance to learn.

A true leader does not faint but takes courage in difficult situations.

A true leader does not rule and dominate people, he/she shares and relates with people.

A true leader enjoys and appreciates the success of others.

A true leader does not imitate the things of others, but he/she does the things which others cannot.

A true leader always looks for more knowledge and never graduate from the university of life.

A true leader does not measure his/her success by comparing with others, but with his/her own purpose and vision.

A true leader sees the world while others see the village.

Everyone can be a leader when such qualities are pursued
