The Leadership Forum will use as much instruments as it needs. At the moment we are developing programs by:
Conducting training workshops for political parties, activist civil society organisations, Policy Makers in decision-making bodies, private sector, political institutions, advocacy agencies, intermediary agencies, educational institutions at national and grassroots levels.
Sponsoring young people to study both locally and internationally on various fields such as environment, politics, cultural studies, economics, administration etc.
Lobbying for legislation that ends discrimination, injustice and human rights abuse.
Conducting workshops for volunteer leaders in various constituencies on civic and voters education to enable them to become knowledgeable on their civic rights.
Organising monthly public meetings to discuss important national issues pertaining to people.
Training election Monitors and participating in election monitoring and the electoral process in general.
Producing written materials on human rights, legal rights and the political role of both men and women.
Lobbying the media and parliament on issues important to both men and women through gender sensitive leaders.
Networking with other Tanzanian and international organisations to build a continuing coalition supporting the rights of women, children and youth.
Publishing a quarterly newsletter for use in disseminating information on issues of interest to the people and our organisation.
Advocating for adoption of gender sensitive politics in all spheres of life.
Publishing books, handouts, pamphlets, posters on civics, voters and human rights education.
Formation of centres in eight zones of the country to conduct social research and feasibility studies.
